Occupational Health & Safety Policy

📅 Last updated: August 2026

⚠️ The health, safety, and welfare of our personnel, clients, and facility occupants is our highest operational priority across every project site.

1. Mandatory PPE Compliance

All site operatives must wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including chemical-resistant gloves, safety boots, and high-visibility vests.

2. High-Rise Facade Safety Protocols

Facade cleaning crew members must hold certified IRATA/OHSAS rope access credentials and utilize dual-lifeline fall protection systems.

3. Zero Harm & Hazard Mitigation

Pre-job hazard assessments are conducted at every commercial site prior to equipment startup.

4. Emergency Response & First Aid

Every field crew is supervised by a certified first-aid responder equipped with emergency medical supplies.
