Terms & Conditions of Service

📋 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of facility management services, commercial deep cleaning, equipment rentals, and chemical sanitation products by Hygiene Lab Services.
1. Scope of Services
Hygiene Lab agrees to perform facility cleaning, manpower deployment, or product supply in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and written work orders.
2. Client Premises Access
The client agrees to provide safe access to power, water supply, and physical entry at scheduled times for on-site execution crew members.
3. Payment Terms & Billing
Invoices for AMC housekeeping contracts or mechanized cleaning operations are payable within 15 days of invoice date unless specified otherwise in contract agreements.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Service appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled execution without penalty.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hygiene Lab maintains comprehensive occupational liability and property protection insurance covering our crew and client facilities during operations.
